自2022年合作三年來(lái)，賢草助力祥禾餑餑鋪進(jìn)行品牌重塑、開(kāi)發(fā)戰(zhàn)略大單品及線下門店落地，輸出了大量成果。
賢草為祥禾確定了“中華糕點(diǎn)、祥禾餑餑”的口號(hào)，建立餑餑=正宗中華糕點(diǎn)的品類認(rèn)知，創(chuàng)意了全新的八角龍璽標(biāo)，做實(shí)源自宮廷點(diǎn)心手藝的品牌故事，繪制祥禾八角樓，讓百年老字號(hào)躍然紙上，打造“祥禾美福桶”，成為品牌標(biāo)志性的形象大單品。而在線下，賢草幫助祥禾實(shí)現(xiàn)品牌門店的模型打造和規(guī)模化擴(kuò)張，2年多時(shí)間，祥禾門店已經(jīng)擴(kuò)張至40余家，在天津?qū)崿F(xiàn)線上線下全渠道的廣泛覆蓋。
與祥禾餑餑鋪合作2年來(lái)，其營(yíng)收實(shí)現(xiàn)3倍增長(zhǎng)，成長(zhǎng)為享譽(yù)天津的城市名片，并于2024年升級(jí)為中華老字號(hào)品牌。
Every time-honored brand is a potential gold mine for categories. With its own professional capabilities, Visdom has assisted many time-honored brand projects to achieve brand reshaping and revenue growth.
Since 2022, Visdom has helped Hsiang Ho Bobopu to reshape its brand, develop strategic big single products and offline stores successfully.
Visdom determined the slogan of "Chinese pastries, Hsiang Ho Bobo" for Hsiang Ho, established the category awareness of Bobo = authentic Chinese pastries, created a new octagonal dragon seal logo, made the brand story derived from the craftsmanship of palace pastries, drew the Hsiang Ho octagonal building, made the century-old brand come to life on paper, and created the "Hsiang Ho Meifu Bucket", which has become the brand's iconic image single product. Offline, Visdom helped Hsiang Ho realize the model building and large-scale expansion of brand stores. In more than two years, Hsiang Ho stores have expanded to more than 40, achieving extensive coverage of all channels online and offline in Tianjin.
After two years of cooperation with Hsiang Ho Bobopu, its revenue has tripled, becoming a famous city card in Tianjin, and will be upgraded to a Chinese time-honored brand in 2024.
