味斯美成立于2004年,現已發展成為中國肉松行業第一品牌,并于2024年4月完成“中國海苔脆肉松首創者”和“全國肉松銷量第一”兩項市場地位確認。
在第一個合作年度里,賢草幫助味斯美完成了集團品牌戰略定位、品牌架構、品牌形象升級、子品牌創建、戰略大單品打造等多項工作。
在B端,新整合的產品形象更加貼合味斯美高品質的心智認知。在C端,賢草幫助味斯美梳理原點人群、原點場景、原點渠道的機會,助力開發了多款面向C端市場的產品。其中每日拌飯脆肉松,并成功進入開市客等主流渠道,在C端渠道發展擁有了良好的開局。
Founded in 2004, Withme has now developed into the No. 1 brand in China's meat floss industry, and in April 2024, it completed the confirmation of two market positions: "China's Seaweed Crispy Meat Floss Originator" and "National No. 1 Meat Floss Sales".
In the first year of cooperation, Visdom helped Withme complete the group's brand strategic positioning, brand architecture, brand image upgrade, sub-brand creation, strategic large-scale product creation and many other tasks.
On the B-side, the newly integrated product image is more in line with Withme's high-quality mental cognition. On the C-side, Visdom helped Withme sort out the opportunities of the origin crowd, origin scene, and origin channel, and helped develop a number of products for the C-end market. Among them, the daily bibimbap crispy meat floss has successfully entered mainstream channels such as Costco, and has a good start in the development of C-end channels.
